We are a full service drafting company that will draft your plans and obtain your building permit. We are dedicated to helping you draw up custom plans for your dream home as quickly as possible.
What is included in our service
We provide:
- A site observation
- Locating the utilities and plotting them on the site plan
- Drawing any easements that run with the property per title report (as obtained by owner)
- Drawing Site Plan, Floor Plan, Elevations, and Building Sections
- California Title 24 energy requirements and calculations
- Green Building compliance, BMPs and construction waste and recycling requirements
